So, now what?

What a wonderful day! While driving in today (November 5th 2008) this now what, question came to mind and here is what I'll be watching for; in no specific order:

Can we finally silence or marginalize the likes of Rev. Wright, Jackson, and Sharpton since a minority has reached the very highest position in the nation?

Will we finally regain acceptance abroad, and have world peace since we have ousted the hardliners for the moderates?

Will the progressive Mr. Obama be able to do a better job with his war, in Afghanistan ("the only war we should have fought after 911") than, the "right wing fundamentalist Christian", Bush has done in Iraq?

Can we finally forgive The White Man and forget that we've, previously, had only white males as Presidents?

With the election of Pres. Elect Obama, did we get "the change we need" or justice, the change we deserve?

How long will it take for, what I call, the shadow effect to hit Mr. Obama?

The shadow effect is the fact that God stands in the shadows keeping watch over his own.
Ponder this: a former, self-proclaimed, Nebuchadnezzar (Sadam Hussein) found out about this the hard way, just as his namesake of old; human power is limited and temporal:

And he was driven from the sons of men; and his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild asses: they fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven; till he knew that the most high God ruled in the kingdom of men, and that he appointeth over it whomsoever he will. Daniel 5:21

Additionally, will my African American brothers and sisters finally see the light?
We are now without excuse. We can achieve the top office in the land.
It's time to "glean the fields"; so shut up, get up, and work.
The scripture is clear, "if you don't work, you don't eat."

We truly live in the most wonderful country on top-side of earth therfore,

Watch, Pray and ...

Consider Christ, nothing else works.
